PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Large, muscular humanoid with matte gray "armor," studded with gilded ornaments and inlaid with small, cyan lights. His face is covered by a helmet decorated with a horn-like protrusion. Image here (artwork by Kevin Glint).
DEMEANOR: Frightening. Umbra has spent the past centuries living as little more than a maddened animal and even now that he's found some semblance of peace, he often has a twitchy, animalistic air about him. Only when he is calmed and focused does a more graceful warrior's bearing shine through.
ABILITIES: In canon, Umbra has the enhanced speed, agility, and strength common to all Warframes. He also possesses the unique ability to summon a spectral Exalted Blade that emits a wave of cutting light when swung and to temporarily stun enemies with a piercing psychic howl.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: Umbra's "armor" grows out of his flesh, the result of the deliberate implantation of the Helminth strain of the Infestation. For all intents and purposes, the armor is his flesh. It cannot be removed without physical trauma and sufficient cutting force will cause it to bleed.
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: The Orokin, Ballas, and his son.
OTHER: Umbra, like all Warframes, cannot talk, as the Helminth strain has likely fused his mouth shut or removed it entirely.
